4 'Allah’r Dol' militants arrested
The senior assistant director of Legal and Media Wing of RAB, assistant superintendent of police Miznur Rahman has confirmed the matter.
A Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) team arrested four members of a militant group called “Allah’r Dol” from the capital’s Hatirjheel area around on Saturday night.
They have been identified as Ibrahim Ahmed Hero, 46, Abdul Aziz, 50, Md. Shafiqul Islam Suruj, 38 and Md. Rashidul Islam, 28.
Ibrahim Ahmed confessed that he played the role of in-charge amir.

RAB-3 carried out a raid to arrest the members, based on a tip-off.
Eight members of that militant group were arrested by RAB in 2010.
Recently, around ten members have also been arrested from different areas of Bangladesh, as per RAB sources.
RAB Director Lt Col Emranul Hasan in a press conference said: “During primary interrogation, they've confessed about planning to break the democratic governance system of our country by spreading conflicts and creating destructions.”
After the interrogation, the senior official of RAB said: “They got their own funding system. All the members of that group have to pay 2-5 percent of their monthly income to their internal fund. Without further investigation we can’t say if they get any external funding."
He also added that there are so many clues that RAB cannot reveal now for the sake of further investigation.
He also said: “The group has different view on religion and thinks that they are in a ‘war’. This is the reason, they skip prayers and other usual practices of Islam.”
‘Allah’r Dol’ first formed in 1995 with the leadership of Motin Mehedi.
According to RAB sources, that militant group got involved with JMB in 2004 and conducted series grenade attack all over the country.
Later, they formed their own activities. In 2007, the leader Motin Mehedi get arrested. In 2014 they changed the group name to ‘Allah’s Sarkar’ for technical reasons.
