4 held with Phensedyl in Capital

Rapid Action Battalion(Rab) today arrested 4 suspected drug dealers with 1,000 phensedyl from Mohammodpur Bus Stand of the Capital.
The arrestees are Mohon(25), Bablu(28), Asadul(30) and Rubel(27).
Tipped off, a team of Rab-2 conducted a drive to a AC bus of Alpha Line that came from Benapole and arrested 4 people along with Phensedyl, said Company Commander of Rab-2, Superintendent of Police(SP) Muhammad Mohiuddin Faruque.

“The bus is set up that way that it was coming to Dhaka for tuning as most of the chairs were broken. Even we can’t find any banner in it. During primary interrogation arrestees confessed that in past they bring more phensedyls for 3-4 times in the same procedure,” he further added.
Procedure of filing case against them under the Drugs act is ongoing, said RAB sources.
