Dhaka North’s councillor detained in anti-casino raid
The elite force conducted massive drive across the country against illegal gambling and casinos

Rapid Action Battalion has arrested a councillor of Dhaka North City Corporation today morning from Moulvibazar's Sreemangal area in anti-casino drive.
The detainee – Habibur Rahman Mizan- is councillor of No 32 ward of the city corporation.
Confirming the matter to The Business Standard, RAB Legal and Media wing director Sarwar Bin Kashem said: "Habibur was trying to flee the country. He was arrested during a move to cross the border."
