4th convocation and golden jubilee of Cuet on December 5-6
At least 2,500 students will receive their convocation degrees during the event
The fourth convocation and the golden jubilee of Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (Cuet) will be held on December 5-6 this year.
President of Bangladesh Md Abdul Hamid will preside over the convocation, while the former chairman of Bangladesh University Grant Commission Professor Dr AK Azad Chowdhury will give the convocation speech.
Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni and Deputy Minister Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury are expected to attend the event as special guests.

A meeting titled "4th Convocation and Golden Jubilee Celebration Committee-2019", presided by Cuet Vice Chancellor Dr Mohammad Rafiqul Alam was held on Monday at the conference room of the university's academic building to plan the upcoming convocation.
