Fire at International Trade Fair under control

The fire that broke out at the Frutika pavilion on Monday evening in the Dhaka International Trade Fair has been brought under control.
Fire Service Control Room confirmed the matter to The Business Standard.

Around 7:20pm, the fire broke out at the pavilion, said Fire Service Duty Officer Lima Khanom.

Nine fire service units from Mohammadpur Fire Station rushed to the Sher-E-Bangla Nagar area and began dousing the blaze.
The fire was brought under control at around 7:40pm.
