Hasina's Dhanmondi-5 residence set on fire

As excavators rolled into Sheikh Mujib's Dhanmondi-32 residence, a group of people set fire to Sheikh Hasina's Dhanmondi-5 home, Sudha Sadan.
Reports of the fire in Dhanmondi-5 emerged around 11:30pm.
Security guards of the Dhanmondi Society told Bangla daily Prothom Alo that some 10-12 boys came to the area and set the building on fire.

By midnight, fire could be seen in various rooms on the second, third and fourth floors of the building.
