Liberation ministry releases another list of FFs
The names of 6,988 freedom fighters of 8 divisions have been registered and published
The Ministry of Liberation War Affairs has released the second part of the final list of heroic freedom fighters.
The names of 6,988 freedom fighters of 8 divisions have been registered and published.
The list can be found on the ministry's website (www.molwa.gov.bd), said a press release issued on Sunday.

According to the press release, the list includes 1,942 freedom fighters from Dhaka division, 1,347 from Chittagong division, 573 from Barisal division, 770 from Khulna division, 567 from Mymensingh division, 684 from Rajshahi division, 572 from Rangpur division and 533 from Sylhet division.
It should be noted that the list has not been published in the unauthorised civilian gazette of the National Freedom Fighter's Council (NFFC). The list will be published in NFFC's gazette once it is authorised and regularised.
Earlier, on March 25, the ministry released the first part of the final list of heroic freedom fighters.
