Rohingya couple held with Yaba pills, Tk 1.17 crore from Chattogram

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has arrested a Rohingya couple from a house in Chattogram's Chandgaon residential area.
Senior Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP), Md Mahmudul Hasan Mamun of RAB-7 said, "Being tipped off, a RAB team raided the house of 4 no road of the area around 11:20am on Sunday and arrested the couple."
RAB also recovered 5,300 Yaba pills and cash Tk 1.17crore from their possession during the drive.

The couple had long been involved in Yaba trading, said the official.
