Sri Lankan PM leaves Dhaka
Sri Lankan Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa has left Dhaka this evening after a two-day visit, marking the birth centenary of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and the Golden Jubilee of the country's Independence.
A special flight of the Sri Lankan Airlines on boarding the Sri Lankan premier along with his entourage members, took off from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HISA) at 6pm, reports BSS.
Foreign Minister AK Abdul Momen accompanied him to the airport.
On 19 March, Mahinda Rajapaksa and his entourage members landed at the Dhaka airport on a special flight of the Sri Lankan Airlines. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina went to the airport to receive her Sri Lankan counterpart.
