Children’s drawing festival begins at Shwapno outlets
Shwapno wants to cut the language month with color
The "Shwapno Ako Bornomalay (Draw your Dreams in Alphabets)" drawing festival for children started at all Shwapno super-shop outlets on 12 February.
At 157 outlets, all children aged four to 10 years will be able to participate in the festival by collecting art paper from the outlets till 21 February, 2021.
The drawing festival is organized by IDC and Just for Baby, said a press release.
Last time there was an opportunity to draw the pictures at the outlet, but this time the participants can collect the art paper and draw at home; they just need to submit the drawings to the manager along with the participant's name and phone number.
Sabbir Hassan Nasir, executive director of Shwapno, said, "The drawing festival is mainly organised to inspire and encourage young artists. We will try to give prizes as well."
"We want to spend a colourful month of the mother language. May there be dreams in colours" he added.
