GSK Bangladesh holds annual general meeting
GlaxoSmithKline Bangladesh Limited held its 47th annual general meeting (AGM) on Thursday through a digital conference.
The company's Chairman Masud Khan presided over the meeting.
Among others, the company's Managing Director Prashant Pandey, Directors Md Abul Hossain, Mohsin Uddin Ahmed, Reazul Haque Chowdhury, Hasnain Ahmed, Zahedur Rahman, Company Secretary Md Naharul Islam Molla, joined the meeting.

Many shareholders of the company also attended the meeting.
In the meeting, the shareholders approved the company's directors' report, auditor's report and audited accounts for the year ended on December 31, 2019.
