No more seating restrictions on domestic flights from tomorrow: CAAB
There will no longer be any restrictions on passenger seating arrangements of domestic flights from tomorrow.
The Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) issued a circular in this regard today.
The CAAB circular also said that all domestic airlines must keep "at least two consecutive rows from the front/aft, on any side in economy class, and at least one row in business class vacant for the use of passenger(s) suspected of having Covid-19."
Moreover, operators shall provide face guards to any passengers if he/she demands one for personal safety, it further reads.
The circular also mentioned that it will replace the 25% vacant seats restriction imposed by CAAB.
