Agrani Bank signs MoU with NSTU to provide housing loans
A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between the three parties on Thursday
Agrani Bank Limited has signed an agreement with Noakhali University of Science and Technology (NSTU) and the Finance Division of the Ministry of Finance, to provide housing loans for the faculty and staff of public universities as well as University Grants Commission (UGC) employees.
A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between the three parties on Thursday in the conference room of the Finance Division at the secretariat office in Dhaka, reads a press release.
Mohammad Shams-Ul Islam, managing director and CEO of Agrani Bank was present as the chief guest of the signing ceremony, it added.

Islam, Md Ekhlasur Rahman, additional secretary to the Finance Division and Professor Md Didar-ul-Alam, vice chancellor, NSTU signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
From the Finance Division, Biswajit Bhattacharya Khokon, additional secretary and Naznin Sultana, deputy secretary attended the occasion, while Agrani Bank's general managers Md Monowar Hossain FCA and Dr Abdullah Al Mamun were also present.
