Janata Bank Ltd holds its ALCO meeting
The CEO of the bank instructed all concerned for recovering money owed from top defaulters and achieving other targets provided with their best efforts
The Asset Liability Management Committee (ALCO) meeting of Janata Bank limited was held at its head office in Dhaka on Wednesday.
Deputy Managing Directors (DMDs) Md Ismail Hossain, Md. Abdul Jabber and Md. Jashim Uddin, all general managers (GMs) and concerned deputy general managers of the bank were present in the virtual meeting which was presided over by the bank's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director Md Abdus Salam Azad, said a press release issued by Janata Bank.
In his keynote address, the CEO and Managing Director directed the department heads to increase investment and disburse CSME loans among new small and medium entrepreneurs, increase deposits, reduce classified loans and loss branches, increase cash collection and help in collection of foreign remittances.
