NCC Bank to provide special credit facilities for farmers, micro businesses
The bank signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Atmabiswas, a microcredit financial institution, under the purview of Bangladesh Bank’s recently announced revolving refinance scheme
With an aim to help low-income professionals, farmers and micro businesses overcome losses caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, the NCC Bank has taken initiatives to give them special credit facilities.
In this respect, the bank signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Atmabiswas, a microcredit financial institution, under the purview of Bangladesh Bank's recently announced revolving refinance scheme, said a media statement issued by the bank on Monday.
Khondoker Nayeemul Kabir, managing director of NCC Bank and Md Akramul Haque Biswas, executive director of Atmabiswas signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
Among others from the bank– M Shamsul Arefin, deputy managing director, Muhammad Shahidul Islam, VP of CRM Division, Md Aftab Uddin, VP and Manager of Dhanmondi Branch and from Atmabiswas– Md Rafiqul Hasan Joarder, director and Abu Sadat Rimu, general manager, were present on the occasion.
