CDBL, CCBL rent spaces at DSE Tower
Central Depository Bangladesh Limited (CDBL) and Central Counterparty Bangladesh Limited (CCBL) Sunday signed deals to rent spaces at Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) Tower in the city's Nikunja area.
According to the agreements, CDBL and CCBL have rented 12,865 and 17,585 square feet of space respectively on level five of the tower.
Managing Directors of CDBL and CCBL respectively, Shuvro Kanti Chowdhury and Farhad Ahmed signed the separate agreements on behalf of their respective organisations. DSE Managing Director (acting) Abdul Matin Patwari signed both the agreements on behalf of the Dhaka bourse.

CCBL's Additional Managing Director ASM Khairuzzaman; IT In-Charge Imam Hossain; Company Secretary Ananta Kumar Saha; and System Administration, Inspection and Compliance Head KM Sabirul Islam attended the signing ceremony.
DSE General Manager Md Samiul Islam, General Manager and Company Secretary Mohammad Asadur Rahman and Deputy General Manager Shafiqur Rahman were also present.
The DSE Tower in Nikunja is a 13-storied building covering an area of 650,000 square feet, offering state-of-the-art, modern facilities such as central air-conditioning, basements, a museum, a media centre and listing hall.
