Marico Bangladesh hosts Over The Wall Season 3 grand finale
The grand finale of Marico Bangladesh Limited's flagship product innovation campus competition, Over The Wall Season 3, concluded in Dhaka with Team Powerpuff Girls—a combined team from the Islamic University of Technology and East West University—emerging as the champions. This platform showcased the entrepreneurial talent and innovative ideas of youth, set to transform the personal care industry.
Six teams presented groundbreaking ideas during the finale, highlighting sustainable product designs, advanced technology applications, and creative business strategies. Team Cordon Bleu from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka, secured the first runner-up position, while Team Eclipse from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology claimed the second runner-up spot.
All three winning teams were awarded lucrative prize money from Marico Bangladesh Limited. The champion team, Powerpuff Girls, will embark on an exclusive international internship at one of Marico Limited's global offices, while the other two winning teams will be offered internship opportunities at Marico Bangladesh Limited.
The esteemed judging panel for the event included Sumitava Basu, Managing Director of Marico Bangladesh Limited; Niraj Kumar, Managing Director of Colgate-Palmolive Bangladesh; Sabbir Nasir, Managing Director of Shwapno ACI Logistics Limited; and Ruhina Halim, Partner at Quantum Consumer Solutions Limited.

Season 3 of Over The Wall became the largest product innovation campus competition in Bangladesh, engaging over 5,000 students from more than 33 campuses. Through workshops, mentorship programs, and campus activations, Marico Bangladesh Limited inspired participants to embrace innovation, growth, and an entrepreneurial spirit, setting a new benchmark in participation and impact.
