‘365 Days’ Michele Morrone to debut in Bollywood
Michele Morrone will star in a Karan Johar movie
Netflix's popular movie "365 Days" star Italian actor Michele Morrone is reportedly making his Bollywood debut with director Karan Johar.
The actor had earlier on expressed his interest to work in Bollywood movies, ETimes has learnt that Johar has reached out to the star.
According to a source by ETimes, "Michele Morrone was all anyone was talking about in 2020. Considering his popularity in the country, Karan Johar reached out to Michele and his team. He is in talks to sign Michele up for a Bollywood film or as part of Dharmatic Entertainment, the digital wing of his production house."
If all goes according to plan, Morrone's fans may just get to see him in action in an Indian movie.
Morrone admitted in several interviews that he was open to working in a Bollywood film, but would be willing to do so only if a 'beautiful' script came along.
365 Days the original had Michele playing the gangster Massimo Torricelli and Anna-Maria Sieklucka playing his love interest, Laura Biel.
Production on the sequel is currently underway, with Italian model Simone Susinna making his acting debut as the second male lead in the film. It was reported that Simone would play the role of Marcelo' Nacho' Matos, a Spaniard who will come in between Laura and Massimo's love story.
