First Bangladeshi data journalism initiative Dataful gets Amazon grant
The money will be used to develop Dataful’s server infrastructure
Bangladeshi startup – Dataful – has got $5,000 donation from Amazon in the final round of Startup Istanbul Acceleration Programme in Turkey.
As a partner of the programme, Amazon provided the grant.
The money will be used to develop Dataful's server infrastructure, according to a press release issued by Dataful on Saturday.

Earlier, Dataful, the first data journalism initiative in Bangladesh, qualified for attending the final stage after its selection as the second top startup.
Startups from India, Pakistan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Indonesia also took part in the final round.
Primarily, out of 160,916 applicants from around the world, 100 entrepreneurs were selected.
