CPDL's happy community meet brings people together

CPDL's remarkable concept of a 'Happy Community' has been tirelessly pursued for the past two decades.

Each property under this concept is designed with unique objectives in mind, such as age-specific features, multi-generational solutions, health protection, social and humanitarian bonding, intellectual growth with libraries, amenities for senior citizens, environmental initiatives, and much more—everything that completes a community and builds a 'Happy Community.'

These projects have been handed over on time and adhere to high standards. Consequently, CPDL has gained credible and proven experience in community management, developed policies and systematic management processes, and continually enhanced these aspects.

In continuation of this journey, CPDL inaugurated simultaneous Experience Centres for facilities, features, and finishing solutions at CPDL Rubicon City in Dhaka and CPDL Farhan Zenith 240 in Chattogram on December 11, 2024.

Rubicon City showcases sports activities, a children's play zone, and a lounge experience. Meanwhile, Farhan Zenith 240 features a pilot version of finishing and live apartment solutions. This enables customers to witness the practical implementation of CPDL's Happy Community concept and make informed decisions when choosing their dream home.

Additionally, to celebrate its 20th anniversary, CPDL has introduced an incredible offer for each booking of 20 selected flats. Depending on the project, this initiative stands as a gesture of gratitude toward its customers and will remain open to all until December 20, 2024.
