Midland Bank partners with Easy to Europe and TripZik
Midland Bank PLC signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Easy to Europe and TripZik Limited on 29 December 2024. The ceremony took place in the Board Room of the bank's Head Office.
Under this agreement, Easy to Europe and TripZik Limited will utilise Midland Bank's online cash management solution, Midland Cash Management (MCM), to manage their daily business banking and cash flow activities across the country.
Easy to Europe is a consultancy firm specialising in documentation, relocations, and job opportunities for clients seeking to establish a presence in Europe, particularly in Germany. TripZik Limited is a travel company focused on delivering comprehensive travel solutions, including tours, visas, flight bookings, accommodations, and complete travel packages for both domestic and international journeys.

The MoU was signed by Mr. Mohd. Javed Tarek Khan, Head of Institutional Banking Division, Midland Bank PLC; Mr. Md. Zahid Hasan, Proprietor of Easy to Europe and Managing Director of TripZik Limited; and Mr. Fazley Rabbi, Chairman of TripZik Limited. The event was attended by senior representatives from Midland Bank, including Mr. Mohammad Hassibur Rahman, Head of Cash Management, Mr. Mohammed Rashadul Anwar, Head of Public Relations Division, and Mr. Ashrafur Rahman, Relationship Manager.
