Sadeque Hossain, Managing Director of Southeast Bank PLC, and Mr. Sabbir Ahmed of Visa formalized the agreement. Also present were Mr. Md. Masum Uddin Khan and Mr. Abidur Rahman Chowdhury, Deputy Managing Directors of Southeast Bank PLC, alongside other senior officials from both entities.
