Reports of 6 reform commissions made publicly available

The interim government has published the full reports of the six reform commissions it had formed after taking over following the ouster of the Awami League government last year.
The full reports of the Electoral Reform Commission, Police Reform Commission, Judiciary Reform Commission, Anti-Corruption Commission Reform Commission, Public Administration Reform Commission, and Constitution Reform Commission (Part One) were published on the website of the Cabinet Division -- cabinet.gov.bd -- today (8 February).
A press conference is being held at the Foreign Service Academy in the capital to discuss the urgent issues recommended by these commissions.
Earlier, the reports of the Constitution Reform Commission, Electoral Reform Commission, Police Administration Reform Commission, and Anti-Corruption Commission Reform Commission were submitted to Chief Adviser Prof Muhammad Yunus on 15 January.
Later, on 5 February, the reports of the Public Administration Reform Commission and the Judiciary Reform Commission were submitted.
Five commissions, except for the Constitution Reform Commission, were formed on 3 October last year.
The Constitution Reform Commission was formed on 6 October.
All the commissions were given 90 days to submit their reports. However, that deadline was extended several times.
