EON Foods Limited's Country Natural brand dressed chickens (broiler) are now available at the kitchen market of the Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) market at Gulshan-1.

At present, all over the country, chicken is slaughtered in open markets in unhygienic and dirty environments, which is very harmful to health. It pollutes the environment due to improper disposal of waste after dressing the chicken, it added.

Healthy chickens are selected by a veterinarian before processing those to be antibiotic residue-free. The chickens are processed in a fully automatic machine and sanitised with Timsen powder, the company said.
The chickens are then packaged and stored by blast freezing at a temperature of -35 degrees to -40 degrees Celsius so that no bacteria can grow in the body of the chicken and the taste and quality of the meat remains intact.
Country Natural brand's whole chicken and specific pieces like Drumstick, Boneless Breast and Wings, etc. are available in the market.
ABA Shahid Ud Daula, Executive Director of the organization, Monir Hossain, Head of Business and Deen Mohammad, President of Gulshan-1 DNCC Kitchen and Super Market Traders Association, senior officials of the organization and others were present on the occasion.
