Indian FS in Bangladesh to discuss Covid-19 vaccine: Foreign Minister
Apart from this, they also discussed issues of mutual interest
Foreign Minister Dr AK Abdul Momen said Indian foreign secretary Harsh Shringla has come to Bangladesh to discuss on how Bangladesh could get Indian Covid-19 vaccine.
"Apart from this, We will also discuss issues of mutual interest," The foreign minister said after inaugurating a mural of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at the Sylhet Deputy Commissioner's Office today.
He further added, "Because of the current coronavirus situation we cannot hold the meeting properly. However, if the situation improves, a meeting will be held at the foreign minister level various problems, including increasing the mutual benefits of the two countries will be covered."
Harsh Vardhan Shringla arrived in Dhaka on Tuesday at 11.22am on a whirlwind visit aiming to boost ties between the two neighbouring countries.
