43rd BCS application period likely to be extended
Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) is mulling over extending the applicaion deadline of 43rd BCS examination again.
Sohrab Hossain, chairman of the commission, made the disclosure on Monday night, reports Prothom Alo.
He also made it clear that examinations to 41st and 42nd BCSs will be held on the scheduled dates.

"The application deadline for the 43rd BCS was extended by two months to 31 March, in consultation with the sides concerned. For the same reason, the application can be extended further in consultation with Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni and others concerned," said the BPSC chairman.
The viva voce of 40th BCS is now underway while 41st BCS preliminary examination is slated for 19 March and that of 42nd BCS for 26 February.
