Mashrafe reveals plans to utilise money raised from his bracelet
The bracelet was sold for a jaw-dropping Tk 42 lacs on the Facebook page of Auction 4 Action.
Former Bangladesh cricket team captain Mashrafe Bin Mortaza has shared his plans about how he would utilize the money he got after he put his bracelet, 18-year long companion, under the hammer.
He spoke about this during a live discussion with Tamim Iqbal. Mahmudullah and Mushfiqur Rahim, two of his other teammates joined the show as well.
"The money has already been deposited to the account of Narail Express Foundation. I have decided to spend tk 25 lacs on the welfare of Narail. I have figured out some fields where I can spend the rest. I have decided to help 80 cricket coaches who are insolvent," Mortaza said.

He also has plans to provide monetary help to other sectors as well. "I will donate some money to Ducsu (Dhaka University Central Students Union) to help the students affected with Coronavirus. I have plans to help the cause of blood donation and plasma collection during this crisis as well," Mortaza added.
The bracelet was sold for a jaw-dropping Tk 42 lacs on the Facebook page of Auction 4 Action. Bangladesh Leasing and Financial Companies Association (BLFCA) emerged winners in the early hours of last monday.
