Chasing a mediocre scored of 145/9 set by the Tigers, Royals reached their target with relative ease, with 12 balls to spare.
Liton Das was the highest scorer for the Royals. He scored a brisk 58 of 44 balls.
Quickfire cameos from Afif Hossain and Andre Russell, helped the Royals to reach their target.
Earlier, Rajshahi Royals won the toss and opted to bowl first under the lights.
Windies all-rounder Andre Russell bowled with a lot of fire and helped restrict the Tigers to a below-par score.
Russell registered figures of 4/37 from his four overs.
For the Royals, Shamsur Rahman scored 55 from 46 balls. He and Robbie Frylinck batted Khulna Tigers out of a disaster, as they were down to 60/5.
Frylinck scored 31. Rilee Rossouw scored 35.
Russell was the MVP for his all-round contribution.
After the win, Rajshahi are now in the second spot, with 6 points from 4 games.
