Thousands take part in protests across the world in support of Palestinians
Since Monday, at least 153 people have been killed in Gaza, including 42 children, according to health officials
Thousands of people took to the streets of cities across the world to express solidarity for Palestinians as Israeli violence in Gaza continues to escalate for the seventh day in a row.
Protests could be seen in the streets of North America, London, Canada, France, Australia and many other countries, as they called for an end to Israeli attacks on Gaza.
In cities such as New York, Boston, Washington, Montreal, and Dearborn, Michigan, people came together to express their support for Palestinians.

Approximately 2,000 people gathered in Brooklyn's Bay Ridge neighbourhood, chanting "Free, free Palestine" and "From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free."
According to the estimation of the police, thousands marched in the streets of Canada. People were seen chanting "free Palestine" in Toronto, Winnipeg, Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver and Halifax.
Thousands of people also marched through central London in support of Palestinians demanding that the UK government end what they called "Israel's barbaric brutality against and oppression of the Palestinian people."
Meanwhile, Pro-Palestinian marches were taking place in Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg and other German cities.
Hundreds of Lebanese demonstrators marched along the Lebanon-Israel border, and activists marched in Iraq in solidarity with Palestinians.

Meanwhile, Israel will continue to strike in Gaza as long as required, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Saturday, blaming Hamas for beginning nearly a week of hostilities by firing rockets at Israel.
