Tk6.51 lakh fined in DNCC anti-mosquito drives
Separate mobile courts also filed 22 cases during the drives
Separate mobile courts operated by Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) fined more that Tk651 lakh during DNCC anti-mosquito drives in city corporation areas on Tuesday.
Beger paint Ltd, an Indian multinational paint company, was fined Tk3 lakh to prevent the spreading of aedes mosquito breeding grounds in the city, said a press release.
Besides, separate mobile courts also filed 22 cases during the drives.
