Met office predicts dry weather over country
Southwest monsoon has withdrawn from Bangladesh. A low pressure area has formed over Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining area
Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecasted that weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country.
"Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country", according to a met forecast for next 24 hours from 9am today (14 October).

Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
Country's maximum temperature yesterday (13 October) was recorded 35.2 degrees Celsius at Mongla while the minimum temperature on Monday was recorded 23.0 degrees Celsius at Dimla.
Maximum rainfall for the last 24 hours till 6am today was recorded 27mm at Patuakhali.
