The reckless attitude of the drivers – especially the ones driving trucks, covered vans and pickups – is the main reason behind the increasing number of road accidents in Bangladesh.
Famed actor, and Nirapad Sarak Chai's Founding Chairman, Ilias Kanchan, stated this in a press release issued on Saturday.
"The Road Transport Act 2018 was relaxed after unreasonable demands were made by transport drivers. This made the drivers more reckless," he said.
