Youth arrested in rape case in Narayanganj
Alluring the girl of marriage, the accused allegedly called her to his rented home and raped her there
The Bandar thana police under Naryanganj district on Friday night arrested a youth for allegedly raping a girl.
The arrestee is Uzzal, 26, a resident of Razbari area in the upazila.
According to case statement, Uzzal had an affair with the girl. Alluring the girl of marriage, he called her to his rented house on Wednesday, where he allegedly raped her.

Later, the girl informed her family of the matter. In this connection, a case was filed with Bandar police station on Friday.
Officer-in-Charge of Bandar police station Md Rafiqul Islam said the accused was sent to a court, and the victim to the Narayanganj General Hospital for medical test.
