Prime Bank holds virtual annual general meeting

The Prime Bank held its 25th annual general meeting (AGM) through a digital platform on Thursday.
Due to the outbreak of coronavirus pandemic, the bank for the first time held the AGM virtually, said a media statement.
Tanjil Chowdhury, chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting while its board members, high officials, and shareholders joined the meeting.
In the AGM, the bank's shareholders approved 13.50 percent cash dividend for the year 2019.
The bank's Managing Director and CEO Rahel Ahmed, its Deputy Managing Director and CRO Md Touhidul Alam Khan, Deputy Managing Director and CFO Mohammad Habibur Rahman Chowdhury, and Deputy Managing Director and CBO Faisal Rahman, also joined the meeting.
