IFIC Bank inaugurates 1220th Uposhakha in Beanibazar Upazila, Sylhet
IFIC Bank has inaugurated its 1220th Uposhakha (sub-branch) in Beanibazar Upazila, Sylhet. The newly established Charkhai Uposhakha, located on the 2nd floor of the Al Madina Shopping Complex in Charkhai, was officially inaugurated on November 26, 2024. The event was graced by local social worker Mr. Ohid Ahmad Talukder, who attended as the Chief Guest. The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Md. Abdul Quayum Chowdhury, Manager of IFIC Bank's Sylhet Branch, and was attended by various community leaders, local businessmen, and journalists.
With the opening of the Charkhai Uposhakha, IFIC Bank has achieved a significant milestone, further solidifying its position as the largest bank in Bangladesh in terms of branch and uposhakha network. This brings the total number of IFIC Bank branches and uposhakhas across the country to 1,408.
