IPDC joyee celebrates her victory her wellness
To celebrate the month of victory, IPDC Finance PLC. hosted a momentous event titled "Her Victory, Her Wellness: Women Empowerment," under its Joyee initiative, dedicated to championing women's wellness and empowerment.
The event brought together thought leaders and key stakeholders from the financial and healthcare sectors to celebrate progress and inspire further strides in supporting women's well-being.
The occasion was graced by IPDC's managing director, Rizwan Dawood Shams, Bangladesh Bank representatives, and BRAC Healthcare leaders. Ms Jannatul Ferdous Tania, Joint Director of the SME and Special Programs Department, represented Bangladesh Bank. At the same time, Dr Taufiqul Hasan Siddiquee, Head of Health Enterprise, BRAC Enterprise, participated on behalf of BRAC Healthcare.
Dr Saima Tahrin Ahmed from BRAC Healthcare conducted an insightful session during the event. Dr Ahmed shed light on the critical importance of cervical cancer prevention and the role of HPV vaccination. Her interactive presentation aimed to empower women with knowledge and encourage proactive health measures.

Bangladesh Bank announced an exciting incentive for Joyee clients. Women borrowers who successfully repaid their loans received a 1% incentive, motivating responsible financial practices and furthering IPDC's commitment to supporting women entrepreneurs.
On the incentive initiative, Ms Jannatul Ferdous Tania from Bangladesh Bank remarked, "This 1% incentive is a testament to Bangladesh Bank's continuous support for women entrepreneurs. We believe it will motivate Joyee clients to stay committed to their financial goals, ultimately contributing to their personal and professional growth."
The event also unveiled the Joyee Privilege Card, an innovative collaboration between IPDC Finance and BRAC Healthcare. This card offers exclusive discounts and deals for Joyee clients and their families, enhancing the initiative's array of benefits. By bridging financial services with healthcare support, this collaboration seeks to enrich the lives of Joyee clients holistically.
Another noteworthy component of the event was a full-day health camp, where participants received free health screenings and consultations. The health camp received an enthusiastic response, underscoring the value of accessible healthcare services in building healthier communities.
