Bihar court dismisses case against Karan Johar, Salman Khan and others over SSR death
Sudhir Kumar Ojha said he will challenge the Chief Judicial Magistrate decision before the district court and bring justice to Sushant's family.
Bihar court has dismissed a petition accusing Bollywood celebrities Salman Khan, Karan Johar, Ekta Kapoor, and Sanjay Leela Bhansali of abetment to the suicide of actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
The petition was filed by local advocate Sudhir Kumar OJha and was turned down by Chief Judicial Magistrate Mukesh Kumar saying that the matter lay outside the court's jurisdiction.
Sudhir Kumar Ojha told the media, "I will challenge the CJMs decision before the district court. Bihar is in pain over the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. We must act to bring those, who drove a jovial young man like him to take such an extreme step, to justice."
The death of the talented star has sparked outrage among Bollywood fans. They've previously requested CBI to follow up on the case.
As of right now, Mumbai police is looking into the case and have recorded statements from 30 people affiliated with the actor till now.
