The previous record in terms of most youtube likes for a video in less than 24 hours belonged to "Avengers Infinity War". The movie trailer had over 3.2 million youtube likes in a single day.

Similarly, one of the most hyped movies from the same franchize, "Avengers Endgame," had 2.9 million likes on youtube.
"Dil Bechara" is set to release on Disney+ Hotstar, and to commemorate the star, they have decided to make it available to non-subscribers as well.
