377 tonnes of onions arrive from Myanmar through Teknaf

Nearly 380 tonnes of onions have arrived from Myanmar through the Teknaf Land Port in Cox's Bazar today (17 October),
Local importer Faruk Enterprise imported a total of 377 tonnes of onions from Yangoon, said Jasim Uddin Chowdhury, general manager of of United Landport Teknaf Ltd, which manages the operations at the port.
The onions are being unloaded, he added. These will be supplied to various parts of the country.
