2 construction workers fall to death in city

Two workers died after falling off an under-construction building in the city’s Adabar area on Wednesday.
The deceased were identified as Samaul, 22, and Halim, 18, hailing from Naogaon’s Sapahar upazila.
Abdur Rauf, a sub-inspector of Adabar Police Station, said the two fell from the under-construction building around 4pm and received serious injuries.

They were first taken to Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College Hospital and then shifted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital following deterioration of their condition.
However, Samaul succumbed to his injuries around 8pm while Halim was pronounced dead around 9:30pm.
