Three were killed when a motorcycle collided head-on with a truck at Bandarban's Alikadam upazila this afternoon (18 January).

The deceased were identified as Belal, 30, son of Mashuk Ahmed, Minhaj, 18, son of Mintu Syed Akbar and Sayed Amin, 42, residents of different areas of the upazila.

The incident occurred in the Tarabunia area of the upazila, leaving three motorcycle riders dead on the spot, Mirza Zahir Uddin, officer-in-charge of Alikadam Police Station, said.

Being informed, police recovered the bodies and sent them to the upazila health complex, said Bandarban Superintendent of Police Md Shahidullah Kawsar.
