Another case has been filed with the capital's Shahbagh police station over the attack on Dhaka University Central Students' Union (Ducsu) Vice President Nurul Haque Nur.
Akter Hossen, social welfare secretary of Ducsu, filed the case against 37 people on Tuesday on behalf of VP Nur, Officer-in-Charge Abul Hossain said.
The accused are – Chhatra League's Dhaka university unit President Sonjit Chondo Das, its General Secretary Saddam Hossain, President of Muktijoddha Mancha central committee Aminul Islam Bulbul, its General Secretary Al Mamun, President of Muktijuddha Mancha DU unit ASM Sonnet, its Geenral Secretary Yeasin Arafat Turjo, VP of Surjosen Hall Mariyam Jahan Khan, Organising secretary of Chhatra League DU unit Sheikh Muhammad Tanim, VP of AF Rahman Hall Abdur Alim Khan, Assistant General Secretary of Bijoy Ekattor Hall Abu Yusuf, and members of Ducsu Rakibul Hassan, Mahmudur Hassan, Liberation War Affairs Secretary of Ducsu Sad Bin Kader Chowdhury, Vice President of Chhatra League's DU unit Robiul Hossen Rana, Deputy Secretary (Education) of Chhatra League central committee Niyamat Ullah, General Secretary of Zia Hall Hasibul Hassan Shanto, Sports Secretary of Chhatra League central committee Sifatuzzaman Khan, Organising Secretary of Chhatra League central committee Ferdous Alam, General Secretary of AF Rahman Hall Abdur Rohim Sorkar, Literature Secretary of AF Rahman Hall Tanjil Imran Talash, Mahmudur Rahman Babu, Sirajul Islam, Mamun Bin Sattar, Ebnul Hassan Uzzal, Khaza Khayer Suzon, Khan Milon, Imran Ahmen, Hidoy Hassan Sohag, Uzzal, Ariful Islam, Fatima Ripa, Aminul Islam, Ainul Islam Mahbub, Mehedi Hassan Nibir, Mehedi Hassan Shanto, and Jibon Roy.
