DNCC to open 11 U-turns Saturday
The DNCC authorities have requested all to use the U-turns in order to reduce traffic congestion in the capital
As a part of the U-turns construction project from Tejgaon Satrasta to Uttara House Building area, the Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) will open 11 U-turns for vehicles on Saturday.
The U-turns are situated in different areas, including Uttara Rajlaxmi point, Uttara Rab-1 office point, Kaula Flying Academy point, Banani overpass point, Banani Army Stadium point, Banani Chairman Bari point, Mohakhali Amtoli point, Mohakhali Bus Terminal point, Tejgaon Nabisco Mor point, and Satrasta BG Press point, reads a press release.
For this reason, the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (traffic division) will close the right turning options of the Navy Headquarter Road, Banani Road No. 27, Banani Kakoli, Banani Road No. 11, Mohakhali Amtoli Mor, Tejgaon Kohinoor Mor, Love Road Mor intersections with a view to providing uninterrupted and smooth movement of vehicles.
