Agrani Bank, JBC sign agreement on ICT based management
The virtual signing ceremony chaired by Md Omar Faruq, , managing director, JBC, took place at 3pm.
Agrani Bank Ltd signed an agreement with Jiban Bima Corporation (JBC) for the ICT based fund management of JBC on Sunday, read a press release.
According to the agreement, the collected premium cash and money of Jiban Bima policy holders, sent from JBC branches, will be directly deposited in real-time through Agrani Bank Ltd.
Jakia Begum, general manager of Agrani Bank and Sheikh Kamal Hossain, general manager of the Jiban Bima Corporation, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.

The virtual signing ceremony chaired by Md Omar Faruq, managing director, JBC, took place at 3pm. Md Asadul Islam, senior secretary of Financial Institution Department, was present as the chief guest.
The special guests of the event were Md Maksudul Hasan Khan, chairman of the management board of JBC and Mohammad Shams-Ul Islam, managing director and CEO of Agrani Bank. Other employees of both the organisations also attended the programme.
